Pilates Studio


The Physio Studio offers an exercise system devised to improve trunk and spinal muscle control.

The key aims of Pilates include:

Pilates is appropriate for all ages and can be highly successful in the management of spinal pain; postural conditions; sporting injury rehabilitation; and fitness programs.

Once your Pilates Equipment Progamme has been tailor made, you may participate in physiotherapist supervised group sessions, each holding a maximum of six clients to ensure optimal attention to detail and supervision.

 

Therapeutic Massage & Acupuncture


Massage techniques are performed by qualified physiotherapists and can be used for the treatment of specific muscular conditions or for general relaxation purposes.
   

Acupuncture


Is offered as a separate therapy, and also in conjunction with conventional physiotherapy techniques to provide a holistic treatment.
